The Elpidiense restaurant proposal is a varied collection of these different souls embellished with ethnic and modern alternatives. From the land the typical cured meats of the district (ciauscolo above all), the meat of the Marche breed and the game, from the sea a variety of fish unique of its kind that ranges from molluscs, to bottom fish up to the most noble deep-sea fish.
Ascolan fried olives, truffle specialties, fish soup in the variations from Ancona to San Benedetto, fried or grilled blue fish…. our restaurants offer plenty of choice to satisfy all palates.
